SECY-80-383 - PROPOSED LICENSE TO EXPORT COMPONENTS TO THE REPUBLIC OF KOREA (XCOM0431) (COMMISSIONER ACTION ITEM)
This is to advise you that the Commissioners have reviewed the subject license to Babcock & Wilcox Company.
The Commission (with all Commissioners approving) has accepted your recommendation to export to the Republic of Korea specially designed nuclear equipment.
The Commission has also noted that, in accordance with the Commissioners' policy and delegations of authority in export-related areas, the staff will process all future routine export of nuclear

equipment to the Republic of Korea without Ccmmissioner review.
