The Region II Office of Inspection and Enforcement has made a survey of a representative sample of the 1,200 pounds of molybdenum scrap described in your letter to us dated May 29, 1980. The results of that survey confirm that the scrap meets the Annex C release criteria. Accordingly, we agree that the scrap may be released for unrestricted use.
