termination of the proceeding initiated by the show cause order dated March 31, 1979, for the Beaver Valley Power Station Unit No.1 issued on August 8, 1979.
This interium criteria considers the Design Basis Earth-quake Inertia plus dead load (DBEI+DL) case and includes the continuing 4
commitment.to. shut the plant down for inspection in the event that.a veri-3 fied seismic acceleration of 0.01g or more is registered by the in,nlant

acceleremeters. Any discrepancies which result-iwierstreis conditions.

when evaluated using the interim criteria will be declared non-conformances and will be reported in accordance with the requirements of IE Bulletin 79-14.
