There were four unit shutdowns (one continued from 7/31/80) and five power reductions in the month of August.
i The following safety-related maintenance was performed in August:
1.
Installed vibration monitoring instrumentation on 1B charging pump.
2.
Replaced leaking gasket on the
'B' train air filter for 1B Diesel.
3.
Repaired an air leak on the
'A' train air compressor unloader valve for 1-2A Diesel.
4.
Repacked No. 5 and No. 8 River Water Pumps.
5.
Repacked '1D' Service Water Pump.
