Fundamental Nuclear Material Control Plan Update Enrichment FaCJlrty In accordance with 10 CFR 70.32(cX2)(ii), Louisiana Energy Services, LLC (LES), dba URENCO USA (UUSA), herewith submits the subject update which incorporates changes made under its own approval authority.
Attached as Enclosure 1 are the marked up pages to the Fundamental Nuclear Material Control Plan revision 25. A description of each change is provided in the revision history.
Revision bars, strikethroughs and underlines were utilized. contains security-related information and disclosure to unauthorized individuals could present security vulnerabilities. UUSA requests that this enclosure be withheld from public disclosure in accordance with 10 CFR 2.390. An affidavit requesting withholding of this _information is provided in Enclosure 2.
