SUNRY OF MEETING HELD ON JANUARY 7,1981, TO DISCUSS ICSB OUTSTANDING ISSUES 3
1.
General Representatives of the NRC staff and the applicant met on January 7,1981, to discuss the outstanding items identified by the Instrumentation and Control Systems Branch during the site visit held on November 12-14, 1980.
The meeting was held at the NRC staff offices in Bethesda, Maryland, A list of those persons who attended the meeting is provided in the enclosure.

Purpose The purpose of the meeting was to achieve an understanding of the open items and to agree to a course of action to resolve them.

Discussion The outstanding issues discussed at the meeting are described in detail in the letter from R. Tedesco to T. Nichols, dated January 15, 1981. At the conclusion of the meeting the applicant had committed to meet the staff positions and to document this in a letter to be provided prior to issuance of the SER. On the basis of these discussions we were able to cor.clude that.the ICSB outstanding issues could be adequately resolved.
