RO DAUP1HN CDUNTIES On or about March 24, 1981, Intervenors Aanodt filed a request for subpoena with this Board, requesting the appearance of York and Dauphin Comty Agricultural Agmts. TN c-=1th has no objection per se_

to the request for subpoenas. The Can:enwealth muld suggest, however, that the rquested subpoenas include the York and Dauphin Comty Coordinators, rather than the Agricultural Agents.

l Both the Board and the Intervmors have at va:".ous rima expressed a desire to hear testi:my relating to the comty plans during the restart Marings, but the discussiens have never been made in the l-l real context of a request for subpoena. The Comty Agricultural Agmts are federal enployees (U.S. Department of Agriculture) and will have a very lir:1.ted scope of knowledge relative to the comty plans. The County Coordinamrs, on the other hand, should be loowledgeable on the entire scope of their respective comty plan, including the agricultural portions Mitch are of specific interest to the Aamodts.

inform the Board of the possibility of subpoenaing witnesses on behalf of the Intervenors, namely the York and h@in Comty Coordinators, who could provide all of the relevant info =Hm about the county plans which this Board should have befora it reaches a h4=4m in this nuitter.
