Enclosed please find copies of the offsite emergency planning testimony of the Pennsylvania Emergency Planning Agency and the Pennsylvania Department of Health. Testfrony of the Pennsylvania Deparment of Agriculture and the Bureau of Radiological Protection of the Pennsylvania DepartInent of Environmental Resources will follow shortly.
It should be stressed that the purpose of this testinony is not to provide an exhaustive account of the Cornorrmalth's radiological energency planning systan.
'Ihis testimony is designed to address specific allegatioils contained in specific contentions.
Copies of the complete "Cormorrmalth of Pennsylvania Disaster Operations Plan, Annex E, Fixed tbclear Facility Incidents" have been served on all parties to this proceeding as Appendix D to Licensee's energency plan.
The testimony of General Smith serves nore as a broad outline of the Cormunwealth's testinony than as testinony per se.
'Ihis will give the Board an opportunity to meet the director of the Comorrmalth's overall emergency planning effort.
