Dear Mr. Ippolito:
In discussions with the staff, the District was informed that our request of Reference 1 would require a Class II fee in the amount of $1200.
Reference 2 requested with adequate justification, a refund of an earlier Class II fee which the District submitted.
At the request of-the staff, this letter is written to request that the fee which will be refunded per Reference 2 be applied directly as payment for our request in Reference 1.
