Dear Mr. Brunner:

In respcnse to your letter dated December 8, 1980, the attached reply addresses the Notice of Violation which was included as Appendix B of the referenced inspection report.

Due to an oversight, our previous response dated December 29, 1980 only addressed the non-security-related findings which were included in Appendix A of the report.

Since this response contains information subject to Section 2.790(d),

Title 10, Code of Federal Regulations and is, therefore, exempt from dis-closure, it is my understanding that this response will not be placed in the Public Document Room and will receive limited distribution.
