Dear Mr. George:
,In accordance with your letter dated January 8,1981, the enclosed Amendment No.15 has been issued to Facility License No. R-81.
The amendment changes the licensee's name fron Union Carbide Corporation (UCC) to Union Carbide Carbide Subsidiary B, Inc. (Company B).
Your letter dated January 8,1981 indicated that Company B would lease back to UCC those assets dedicated to the operation of the reactor and that the current operating personnel would be employed for operation of the reactor. Under the above conditions, we are pleased to accommodate you by issuing the enclosed amendment to Facility License No. R-81.
