EXPORT LICENSE Conditions License Number XSNM01765 Condition 1 - Licensee shall file with the Customs Officer or the Postmaster two copies,in addi-tion to those otherwise recuired, of the Shipper's Export Decicrotion covering each export and mark one of such copies for transmittel to the U.S. Nuclear Regu-totory Commission, Washington, D.C. 20555. The following decicrotion should oc.

"This shipment is being made pursucnt to specific license number (specific license numb ( 4; filed at (location of Customs office where license is filed),
on (date license was filed). This license expires on (expiration date of license), and the unshipped balence remaining on this license is sufficient to cover the shipment described on this declerction.'
Condition 2 - Exports cuthorized in any country or cestinction, except Country Groups C, S, W, X, Y, and 2 in Par + 370, Supplement No.1, of the Comprehensive Export Schedule of the U.S. Department of Commerce.
Condition 3 - This license covers only the nuclecr content of the metericl.
Condition 4 - The metenal to be exportec under this license shcIl be sh:pced in cccordance with the physical protection recuirements for specici nuclecr materici in 10 CFR 73.
