Pursuant to 10 CFR Part 71, Certificate of Compliance No. 9044 is amended to permit the shipment of waste material packaged in accordance with statements and representations made in your letter dated February 20, 1981. This material shall be included as additional contents in the Model No. GE-1600 package.

All other conditions of Certificate of Compliance fio. 9044 shall remain the same.

This authorization shall expire on July 1,1981.
