Discussion with CGSE Corporate Management and staff concerning how CG&E's corporate organization and resources for management and support of Zimmer Station operation compare with the flRC's draft guidelines for offsite organization and resources as delineated in Section IIB of fiUREG 0731 and how they conform with che require-ments of Till Action Items 1.B.'l.Z and 1.C.S.

Interviews with 5 or 6 selected corporate managers and corporate staff members who provide direction and technical support for-Zimmer Station operation.
Interviews will include discussion of technical qualifications, assigned responsibilities, and interfaces and communication channels with other corporate organization ! personnel and with the operating organization at the Zimmer Station.
Wednesday and Thursday, March 18 and 19 9 A.M. - 5 P.M. (at Zimmer Station) 1.
Discussions with station management and staff concerning how the station organization and resources for management, operation tech-nical support, maintenance and training compare with the NRC's draft guidelines for onsite organization and resources as delineated in Section IIA of NUREG0731.

Review and discussion with station management and staff of Zimmer's implementation of the requirements including procedures of TMI Action i tems I. A. l.1, l. A. l.2, l. A. l.3, 1.B.1.2, l.C.2, 1, C.3, l.C.4 and 1.C.S.

Interviews with selected members of the station management, operating staff, technical support staff, maintenance and training staff.
Interviews will include discussion of technical qualifications, assigned responsibilities, interfaces and communication channels with other station management and staff _menbers and with corporate management and support staff, feedback of operational experience information, training and other matters related to the above listed Action Items.
