(report for replacement turbine rotor). Since the material in Attachment 2 is an update o:. similar material submitted to the staf f in March 1980, it should j
be considered subject to the Application for Withholding Proprietary Information l
from public disclosure, dated March 14, 1980 and the supporting affidavit of Robert Williamson. The application and affidavit were sent to Mr. Darrell G. Eisenhut via our letter of March 19, 1980 (Scrial No. 253/022580).
Please consider the material provided in Attachment 2 as Proprietary to the same i
extent as the material submitted with the Fbrch 19, 1980 letter.
Several advance copies of the reports in Attachments 1 and 2 were provided to I
the NRC Staff in mid-February for review.
