DOCKET NO. 50-155 CONSUMERS POWER COMPANY NOTICE OF ISSUANCE OF AMENDMENT TO FACILITi OPERAllNG LICENSE The U. S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission (the Commission) has issued Amendment No. 34 to Facility Opera ting License Nr..UPR-6, i.ssued to Consumers Power Company (the licensee), which revised the Technical Specifications for operation of the Big Rock Point Nuclear Power Plant (the facility) located in Charlevoix Cou,nty, Michigan.
The amendment is effective as of its date of issuance.
The amendment authorizes a change in the low reactor water level trip setroint.
The application for the amendment complies with the star.dards anc recuirenents of thc Atomic Energy Act of 1954, as amended (the Act), anc the Com-ission's rules and regulations.
The Commission has.ade appropriate
