It has core to cur attention that your NRC transportation activities may not be conducted in accordance with 10 CFR Part 71.
Paragraph 71.12(b) of 10 CFR Part 71 (copy enclosed) requires among other things that you register with liRC pricr to first shipment by certificate nue.cer for each package design you intend to use and have a copy of the package approval, drawings, and all references referred to in the certificate. Also, as a conditien to the general iicense of 10 CFR sH.12, you must have an NRC apercved Quality /,ssurcnce Procrc? in accordance with 10 CFR 571.51.
