REFERENCE:
Dismantling Plan for the R-3, 10 Kw Reactor dated 15 March 1980.

Dear Mr. Novak:
In the introduction of the cited Dismantling Plan for the R-3 reactor, it was indicated that at a later date a formal request would be submitted to terminate the R-61 license.
It is desired, now, to reiterate our request to dismantle the R-3 reactor and to further request the termination of the R-63 license.
