Dear Mr. Reid:

This letter is to document a partial response to NUREG 6737, Clarification of TMI Action Plan Requirements, for Davis-Besse Nuclear Power Station Unit 1 (DB-1).

Item II K.3.17 deals with Emergency Core Cooling System (ECCS) outages.

Attached is a list of all such outages since issuance of the DB-1 3perating license on April 27, 1977.

The attached list of License Event Reports (LER) are listed by LER number with title of the event and date of occurrance. The LER's should contain all requested information of interest. Please contact us if additional information is desired. No further submittals are planned for NUREG 0737 item II K.3.17.
