Box 1733 IN RESP 0N ER Mid*,and, MI 48640 TO F0!A 4 Cear Mr. Banner: This is in response to your letter dated January 22, 1981 in which you requested, pursuant to the Freedom of Information Act, a copy of the Summary Meeting Minutes of the ACRS Subcomittee on Extreme External Phenomena as identified in the Federal Register Notice of January 15, 1981. Summary meeting minutes become available approximately two to three months after the convening of a meeting and are, therefore, not yet available. However, copies of the following documents, at the listed i cost, are available. A. Meeting Transcription 363 pages $18.15 B. Sitde Presentation 173 pages 8.65 TOTAL 536 pages $26.80 These documents have already been made available for public inspection and copying at the NRC Public Document Room (PDR),1717 H Street, N.W., Washington, DC 20555. The charge for reproducing records located in the PDR is five cents ($0.05) per page, as specified in 10 CFR 9.14(a). Copies of these documents can be purchased by writing directly to the PDR. The number of pages per document is indicated. Upon your agreement to pay the reproduction charges, the PDR will arrange for the records to be reproduced by Literature Research Company, a private reproduction contractor servicing the PDR.
