We appreciate the opportunity to provide information for reply to your constituent, Mr. Marion Sansom.
In his December 9,1980 letter to you, he expressed his concern over licensino actions taken by the NRC on the Sequoyah Unit 1 nuclear plant. The source of his information was an article which appeared in the December 3,1980 issue of Newsday. This is essentially the same article as appeared in the Washington Post on November 11, 1980.
We are forwarding a copy of Commissioner Jaseph M. Hendrie's corrents to the Washington Post on that article.
