Dear Mr. Reid :
Your letter of January 22, 1981, requested additional information concerning our August 12, 1976, request for certain exemptions from the requirements of 10 CFR 50, Appendix J, Contairment Leakage Testing.
A preliminary review has shown that a significant number of revisions are necessary to update the information in our original submittal.
These revisions are the result of changes in testing procedures, plant design, and NRC guidance.
In order to adequately address the items in your January 22, 1981 letter, we propose to update all information in our original submittal and provide a complete response by May 15, 1981.
