Dear Mr. Bernard:

Modifications to be completed at The University of Texas TRIGA reactor facility will require changes to the currently requested Technical Specifications submitted for license renewal. Enclosed are 13 copies each of page 22 and page 30, that are to replace the corre-sponding pages originally submitted as revised Technical Specifica-tions dated July 1980.

Installation of a filtered exhaust stack unit is not expected to alter current operation since the unit will be maintained with the damper control shut during operation or until the revised Technical Specifications are in effect.
