This is to update Non-Routine Event No. 80-32 issued on September 17, 1980.

. Personnel of the State Agreements Program, OSP were notified by the State of Texas-on January 7,1981 that NDL was granted a postponement of a show cause hearing until March 9,1981. The show cause order was issued after an anonymous

telephone call alleged that unapproved radiopharmaceuticals were being used i
. and that patients were being double and triple dosed to speed up imaging times.
An investigation conducted by State personnel has been unable to substantiate
-these allegations.
The State will inform OSP of new developments in this case.
