- - wu. 2 NOTICE OF NON-ROUTINE EVENT It.VOLVING AGREEMENT STATE OR AGREEMENT MATERIALS 218 This NOTICE constitutes an early report of event occurring in an Agreement State of possible safety or public interest significance.
The information presented is as initially received without verification or evaluation and is basically all that is known by State Agreements Program staff as of this date.

SUBJECT:
Report of Overexposure This is to update and closecut Non-Routine Event No. 80-21 issued on May 29, 1980.
The Office of State Programs (SP) was informed that chromosome analyses performed by Oak Ridge National Laboratories showed no evidence of significant exposure to the pregnant woman.
Discussions with the radiographer and the pregnant woman, and re-enact-ments of the incident int'.icate that the radiographer received approximately 460 mR and that the pregiant waaan and the fetus received approximately 100 mR and 50 mR respectively. The. investigation by State personnel revealed IJ items of non-compliance which were adequately addressed by the corporate radiation
