NRC IE Bulletin 80-21, November 6, 1980 As requested by IE Bulletin 80-21, the Supply System has contacted all vendors supplying safety related valves to determine if any valves have parts cast by Malcolm Foundry Company, Inc.
All vendors as listed below have responded and none have identified Malcolm Foundry as a supplier of cast valve parts.

Following completion of the B&W actions, the Supply System will respond with the results from Babcock & Wilcox by May 22, 1981.
