Certificate of Compliance No. 9139 was issued July 22, 1980, in response to your October 4,1979 application, as revised March 24, 1980. An application fee of $200 and approval fee of $1,200 were paid for review and approval of the application as specified in fee Category llE of Section 170.31.
In accordance with Footnote 4 of the enclosed 10 CFR 170, we have reviewed the manpower expenditures required for review of the subject application, and the actual review cost is $8,664. Since the maximum fee for an approval in fee Category llE is $1,400, no additional fee is required.
