This in response to your letter dated February 2,1981 and the General Electric's-Wilmington, North Carolina letter of January 14, 1981 concerning their proposed shipment of two used pellet presses to your facility.
The material control and accounting procedures contained in both referenced letters have been reviewed and found to be acceptable.
Accordingly, by means of this letter, the authorization for the respective shipment and receipt of the two used pellet presses is hereby granted.
