This certificate supersedes, in its entirety, Certificate of Compliance No. 5796, Revision No. 2, dated January 17, 1980.
Changes made to the enclosed certificate are indicated by vertical lines in the margin.
Those on attached list have been registered as users of these packages under general license provisions of 10 CFR 971.12(b) or 49 CFR 9173.393a.
This approval constitutes authority to use these packages for shipment of radioactive material and for the packages to be shipped in accordance with the provisions of 49 CFR $173.393a.
In order to renew this certificate beyond the June 30, 1981 expiration date, it will be necessary to provide the additional information requested in the second enclosure to this letter by May 30, 1981.
