Thank 'you for your letter of January 15, 1981 advising us that the Nucl. ear Fuel Division of Staitomo Metal Mining Co., Ltd. has become an independent corporation named Japan Nuclear Fuel Conversion Co., Ltd.

As you requested, we will reflect this change on export license applications XSNM01759 and XSNM01761, and also on approved export licenses XSNM01581, XSNM01694, XSNM01709 and XSNM01730.
