ip Enclosed please find a letter from General Atomic Company requesting an amendment to export license XSNM01666 to increase the quantity of material authorized for export by an additional 15 kilograms uranium for use in Kartini and Bandung II research reactors in Indonesia.

Before takhg action on this amendment request, we would appreciate your views, in accordance with established procedures, as to whether the proposed export meets the applicable criteria in the Atomic Energy Act of 1954 as amended by the Nuclear Nonproliferation Act of 1978.
