II. DISCUSSICN Mr. Robert G. Wright was duly elected Associate Judge of the County Court of Callaway County, Eastern District (see Certificate #1, attached). In public meeting with Mr. Paul hirphy, Presiding Judge of Callaway County and Mr. Clarence Kennett, Associate Judge of Callaway Coun*/, Western District (see Certificate
