20555 Re: Endorsements to SFP Policy and Binders

Dear Ira:

In my letter of February 16th, I indicated that we were endorsing the Draft Master Policy and each outstanding Binder to reflect the current primary liability limit of $160 Million.

I should have mentioned, however, that we have not as yet issued an endorsement in connection with Binders EB-56 and 65 issued to Metropolitan Edison Company.

The problem involving underlying limits of primary financial protection is unique in this case and will have to be addressed in a special endorse-ment.

The matter of developing an appropriate endorsement to the SFP Binders is currently being reviewed by our legal people.
