Dear Sir:
The University of Missouri reorganized the vice president level admin-istrative positions to enable the university to be mora effective in meeting the changing demands of a four campus system. This affects our organizational structure outlined in Figure 6.0 of Technical Specification 6.1. The change has no affect on the daily operations of the reactor or the reactor safety system. We request that Figure 6.0 be changed in accordance with the enclosed figure so that the Technical Specification figure reflects the present admin-istrative organization.
