g Notice of Meeting The ACRS Sebecmmittee on Emergency Core Cooling System will hold a meeting on December 9 and 10,1980 at the Los Gates Lodge, 50 Saratoga Avenue, Los Gates, CA to discuss the NRC Reactor Safety Research program and plans related to LOCA and Transient Research.

Program en Flecht-Seaset, TLTA, THTF,' and other small scale experimental facilities will be censidered.

In accordance with the procedures outlined in tne Federal Register en October 7, 1980, (45 FR 66535), oral or written statements ray te presented by members of the public, recordings will be permitted only during those portions of the reeting when a transcript is being kept, and questions may be asked only by cembers of the Subccccittee, its consultants, and Staff.

Persons desiring to take oral statements snould notify the Designated Federal Employee as far in advance as practicable so that appropriate arrangerents can be rade to allow the necessary time during the meeting for such statements.

The enti're meeting will be open to public attendance.

The agenda for subject meeting shall be as follows:

Tuesday and Wednesday, December 9 and 10, 1980 8:30 a.m. until the conclusion of business each day.

During the initial portion of the meeting, the Sutcommittee, along with any of its consultants who ray be present, will exchange preliminary vieas regarding matters to be considered daring the balance of the meeting.

a d The Subcor aittee will then hear presentations by and hold discussions with representatives of the NRC Staff, their consultants, and other interested persons regarding this review.
