Revision No. 6 to Certificate of Compliance No. 9019 was issued on October 15, 1980, in response to your July 25, 1980 application for amendment.
A minor amendment fee of $2,800 was paid for review and approval of the request.
In accordance with Footnotes 1(d) and 4 of the enclosed 10 CFR 170, we have reviewed the manpower expenditures required for the review of the subject application for amendment, and the actual review cost is $4,750.
Since the maximum fee for a minor amendment in fee Cate-gory 118 is $2,800, no additional fee is required.
