Plugging of Tube in S. G. 1C e
Dear Mr. O'Reilly:

- p This letter is to inform you that one tube (row 1, in Steam Generator 1C was satisfactorily plugged on December 27, 1980.
The defective tube was located by pressurizing the secondary side and performing a visual inspection for. leaks. Although the defective tube was discovered separate from the inservice inspection and by means other than eddy current examination, this letter is submitted in order to meet the in-tent of Tech. Spec. section 4.4.5.5.a which states: "Following each inservice inspection of steam generator tubes, the number of tubes plugged in each steam generator shall be reported to the Commission within 15 days."
