Reference:
AECM-80/207, 9/5/80 On August 6,1980, Mississippi Power & Light Company notified Mr. M. Hunt of your office of a Potentially Reportable Deficiency (PRD) at the Grand Gulf Nuclear Station (GGNS) construction site.
The deficiency concerne the inadequate control of Supplier Drawing Revision Notices (SDRN) Program., Attached is our Interim Report No. 2.
We expect to complete our investigation and submit a final report by April 28, 1981.
Please note that this report was due on January 22, 1981.
How-ever, per a telephone conversation with Mr. Jack Bryant of your of-fice on January 21, 1981, our T. E. Reaves, Jr. obtained an extension for this report to this date.

Description of Deficiency Inadequate control of the Supplier Drawing Revision Notice (SDRN)

II.
Approach to Resolution of Problen 1.
Perform investigative a'. cions to identify nonconforming con-1 ditions; docu=ent, evaluate and disposition each conconfor-Sance.

Review and revise procedural controls established for the SDRN program.
III. Status of the Preposed Resolution An investigation to determine extent has been completed. Rein-spections of SDRN incorporation have been perfor=ed. All dis-covered nonconfor=ances were documented. All nonconformance docu-ments on this subject, along with a list of SDRN's the jobsite i
