• -,.e..............is i: :escwe~ c, w o.eur,.cocc rcu The purpose of this Supplemental Agreement is to extend the period of performance from December 31, 1980 to September 1, 1931. Therefore, the following changes are incorporated into the centract:

I.

Under Article III - Period of Performance, delete A in its entirety and substitute the following in lieu tnereof:

"The pericd of performance shall ccamence on the effective date of this contract and shall not extend beyond September 1, 1981."

II. Under Article III - Period of Performance, delete the last sentence in B, OPTION TO EXTEND THE TERM OF THE CONTRACT, anc suostitute the following in lieu thereof:

"The period of performance, including the exercise of this option, shall not extend beyond September 1, 1981."

This Supplemental Agreement results in no change to the monetary amount of this contract.
