The Rockford Register Star, the newspaper which serves the area surrounding the Commonwealth Edison Nuclear pcwer plant at Byron, Ill., has had some difficulty in obtaining notice of meetings being held by the Nuclear Regulatory Cc= mission in regard to the construction project.
Specifically, the Regis ter Star requests to be placcd on the service list for the Byron Proceeding, Docket #045 and #0455.
