Operating License No. DPR-50 Docket No. 50-289 Operating License Related to Environmental Qualifications of Electrical Equipment We have had discussions with your staff on November 7,1980 (D. Dilanni and Mark Williams) concerning the interpretation of Item 6.15.2 of the subject Order as it relates to records. We understand, based on these discussions, that the records required to be in place by December 1, 1980 are those records required to be available in accordance with IE Bulletin No.79-01B as supplemented both in scope and schedule. That is, records specified to be in place by Februars; 1, 1981 need not be placed in the central location
'on December 1, 1980, but must be in the central location by February 1, 1981.
