During the October 30, 1980 prehearing conference on emergency planning issues, the NRC Staff distributed a schedule which included a January 19, 1981 filing date for testimony on onsite planning and related contentions. I am writing to inform you and the other parties to the TMI-l Restart Proceeding that both the NRC Staff and Licensee now plan to file such testimony on February 9, 1981.
