This is to advise you that the Northern Indiana Public Service Company will respond within the period fixed by NRC regulations (10 C.F.R. S 2.730) to " Porter County Chapter Intervenors' (1) Objections to Memorandum and Order of December 24, 1980, and Motion for Recon-sideration, and (2) Motion for Certification or Referral" (January 9,1981) and to any pleading filed by Illinois on or before January 16 with respect to the Board's December 24, 1980, Order.
We do not understand the Board's January 9 " Order (Englarging Time)" or its January 14 " Order (Further Enlarging Time)" to establish a shorter time for HIPSCO's responses.
