NOTICE OF DEPOSITION Please take notice that, in accordance with 10 C.F.R. 5 2.740a of the Commission's Rules of Practice, the NRC Staff shall take the deposition on oral examination of the following person at the time, date and place indicated.
Mr. Hendron 9:00 a.m., Tuesday 4 College Park Court January 27, 1981 Savoy, Illinois 61874 The subject matter of the deposition shall be all matters relating to the issues set forth in the Licensing Board's Order of December 6, 1979 (Order Modifying Construction Permits), and the contentios.s of Intervenors Stamiris and Warren.
