The subject emergency plan has been reviewed and revised to incorporate The renewed letters of agreement and other changes and corrections.
revised plan responds to requirements of Section IV, Appendix E of Part 50 (August,1980), Title 10, Code of Federal Regulations, as applicable to independent spent fuel storage installations (ISFSI).
The changes and corrections incorporated in this revision do not decrease the effectiveness of emergency procedures. Therefore, in accordance with Condition 12 of Materials License No. SNN-1265 dated April 10, 1979, prior Comission approval of this revision was not requested.
Please contact H.A. Rogers of this office if there are questions about the emergency plan or the enclosed revision.
