Letter Dated November 4,1980 from D. E. Gilberts to James G. Keppler, IE Bulletin No. 80-11 Response In our above referenced letter, we committed to having modifications that were engineered as of, November 4,1980 implemented by January 15, 1981. We find that we will be unable to meet this schedule due to the heavy workload being experienced by our technical staff, the holiday vacation schedule and a desire to not over-saturate the plant with construction workers. Full implementation of IE Bulletin No. 80-11 modifications is now scheduled to be completed on March 31, 1981.
