JOSEPH M. FARLEY NUCLEAR PLANT - UNIT 1 TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS f
Alabama Power Company proposes the enclosed amendment to the Joseph M. Farley Nuclear Plant - Unit 1 Operating License to No. NPF-2, Technical Specifications. The enclosure contains technical specification changes in Section 3/4.4.9 and Bases 3/4.4.9 associated with the heatup and cooldown limit curves that are necessary as a result of the Capsule Y analysis.
The Plant Operations Review Committee and the Nuclear Operations Review Board have reviewed the above proposed changes and have determined that the revisions do not involve any unreviewed safety issues as shown in the enclosed safety evaluation.
This item is designated Class III according to 10CFR170 requirements.
A check for $4,000 is enclosed to cover the fees required.
In accordance with 10CFR50.30(c)(1)(i), three (3) signed originals and thirty-seven (37) additional copies of the proposed amendment are
