Dear Mr. Barnett:
This letter is in reference to my telephone conversations with *is. Bier and Ms. Johns of November 26, 1980, and to your Petition for Leave to Intervene filed with the Commission on November 13, 1980.
In these telephone conversations Ms. Bier and Ms. Johns informed me that you did not intend your petition to be considered as a petition for leave to intervene in the pending spent fuel pool expansion proceeding, since Ms. Bier is already an intervenor in that proceeding.
I also attempted to reach you by telephone but was unsuccessful.
I have checked the status of the Big Rock docket and have found r.o other pending proceedings in which to intervene.
