YourletterofDecember5,1980,requestedinformati$nregarding new applications which might be in the 1981-1983 time period.
Except for item 2, reactor facility operating license applications, Georgia Power Company does not expect to make applications which fall in the categories surveyed by your letter.
Plant Vogtle, Dockets 50-424 and 50-425, shows a construction completion date of November, 1984 for Unit 1 and May, 1987 for Unit 2.
The currently anticipated date of application for an Operating License, as defined by a projected FSAR submittal date is March, 1992 The requested action of the NRC would be to review the licansa r.jplication and supporting documents and issue an Operating License for Plant Vogtle Unit 1 in the time period covered by the survey.
