O Appendix A NOTICE OF VIOLATION University of Illinois Docket No. 50-151 Docket No. 50-356 As a result of the inspection conducted on November 17-19, 1980, and in accordance with the Interim Enforcement Policy, 45 FR 66754 (October 7, 1980), the following violation was identified:
Appendix A of the license, the Technical Specifications, require the Nuclear Reactor Committee to meet at least quarterly.
The written statement defining the authority of the committee called Responsibilities, Changes and Composition of the Nuclear Reactor Committee states "the committee shall meet at least quarterly..no more than three months without meeting."
Contrary to the above, no committee meeting was held between May 21, 1980 and September 19, 1980, a period greater than three months.
This is a Severity Level VI violation (Supplement I).
This notice is sent to you pursuant to the provisions of Section 2.201 of the NRC's " Rules of Practice," Part 2, title 10, Code of Federal Regulations.
